In its current version, the website contains no advertising, marketing pixels or audience analytics tools added by Loïc Pix. Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X are simple external links: the website does not send them any data before you choose to open them.

Cloudflare processes technical information required to deliver, protect and keep the website available, including IP addresses and security logs. Cloudflare acts as the hosting and network provider.

CONTACT BY EMAIL

The Contact button opens your own email application. The website does not transmit the content of your message. If you write to Loïc Pix, the information you send is used only to answer your request and manage any resulting relationship. It is not sold or used for a newsletter without separate permission.

YOUR RIGHTS

To request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data held by Loïc Pix, write to loic.picon@live.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL ↗.

COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE

Loïc Pix currently sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. No consent banner is therefore displayed.

The experience uses your browser’s local storage to remember necessary or requested information: sound and motion settings, display preferences, progress, stars, nickname, a random identifier and a local copy of your scores. Only the items described in the Leaderboard section are sent when you explicitly agree to publish a score.

You can remove it at any time by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings. Doing so resets the progress and scores saved on that device.

If an analytics tool, advertising service or third-party media requiring trackers is added, this page will be updated and consent will be requested before those trackers are enabled.

PUBLIC LEADERBOARD

STATUS: the online leaderboard is active. The nickname and validated high score are publicly visible.

Publishing is optional. It happens only after you tick the form’s explicit agreement box; that box is never preselected. If the service is unavailable, the score remains stored only on your device.

• Data processed: nickname, high score, best combo, scoring-system version, score date and a random technical browser identifier.
• The random identifier and IP address are transformed by the server into non-public fingerprints used to keep one record and limit abuse. The raw IP address is not stored in the leaderboard database.
• Only one high score will be retained per browser; a new record will replace the previous one.
• Public scores are kept for no more than twelve months after their latest update. Technical anti-abuse fingerprints expire after ten minutes.
• Deletion can be requested at loic.picon@live.com.

Loïc Pix may hide or remove an offensive nickname, personal information placed in a nickname, a clearly fraudulent score or any attempt to disrupt the service.

TERMS OF USE

The website presents Loïc Picon’s creative work through a 3D experience and game. Access is free. No purchase, subscription or payment is offered on the website, so no refund policy applies.

You may browse the portfolio and play the game for personal use. You must not attempt to bypass security, overload the service, falsify leaderboard results or reuse website content without permission.

Loïc Pix takes reasonable care over the website’s availability and accuracy but cannot guarantee that it will be entirely free of interruptions or errors, particularly across different devices, browsers and network conditions. Problems may be reported by email.

External websites apply their own rules and privacy policies after you choose to leave the portfolio. Loïc Pix does not control their content.

Unless otherwise stated, the portfolio’s characters, 3D models, animations, images, videos, text, interfaces, music and sound effects are creations by Loïc Picon. All rights reserved. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires prior permission.

The Secret Power typeface is used under a commercial licence. The font file is not freely reusable. Licence terms ↗. Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
